Prices and service
The minimum order value is €29.90. For orders up to a booking value of 129.90€ we charge a one-off service fee of 9.90€. If your order value is over €129.90, this fee is waived completely. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

What the service fee covers:

  • 24/7 delivery & collection at Tenerife South airport

  • Flex rate
    Free rebooking or cancellation possible at any time before handover and without giving reasons.
  • Live flight tracking
    Our driver keeps an eye on your flight in real time via flight radar and automatically adjusts his arrival to any delays. So he will be at the agreed meeting point on time. Your hire items are available immediately, without long waiting times.
  • English-speaking support
    Phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Your personal contact will usually respond within a few minutes.
  • Cleaning & disinfection
    Every item is professionally cleaned, disinfected and checked after it is returned.

We will coordinate the handover date at Tenerife South Airport (TFS) flexibly with you by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
