Should an accessory part - such as a seat cushion or belt element - go missing: We will replace the part in a straightforward manner and only charge a flat replacement fee of €20. This means we can quickly rent out the item again in full without any further obligations for you.
Yes, we charge a small deposit as security. The exact amount will be communicated to you with the booking offer, but will never exceed €50. As soon as you return the rental items undamaged, the deposit will be returned to you in full - so your holiday budget remains largely untouched.
Yes, the shortest booking with SUNDOO is three calendar days - both the day of arrival and the day of departure count as a full rental day because we cannot lend the items out on these days. Our prices are staggered: The longer you hire, the lower the daily rate. You can see the exact rates on each product page. If you need the equipment for longer than 21 days, simply send us a message using the contact form. We will be happy to provide you with a customised quote.

It is important that you can be reached, because our SUNDOO employee cannot drive to the airport several times. If you are not there on the agreed handover date, we will make one more attempt to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or telegram. If the customer cannot be contacted (phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram) within 1.5 hours after the landing, the driver will leave the airport. The order expires without any right to a refund of the amounts already paid.
Yes, every product is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and function-tested before being handed out. Please check the goods again together with our service employee when they are handed over. Report any defects immediately - the item is then deemed to have been accepted in perfect condition and you are liable for any damage, loss or theft until it is returned. Only use the product as intended and return it complete and in good condition.

At SUNDOO Tenerife, you will only receive items that are either new or in perfect condition. Before each hire, all items are thoroughly checked - technically, visually and hygienically. We only release them after professional cleaning and disinfection and a thorough functional check. So you can be sure that you will always receive high-quality, clean and fully functional equipment.

Yes, the minimum order value at SUNDOO Tenerife is €29.90 (incl. VAT).
In principle, bookings should be made at least 48 hours before arrival so that we can guarantee availability and handover. Short-term requests for the same day are possible, but without guarantee - we check immediately upon receipt whether the desired items are available. Handovers and returns take place around the clock at Tenerife South Airport (TFS). We agree the exact time together by e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp or Telegram.
