If individual parts of the Hire item(s) get lost, this is not a problem. However, since we have to buy a new replacement part in order to be able to lend the hire item completely again, we charge the customer who has lost the part a one-time fee of 10 euros, for the upholstery of the child seat, baby car seat or pram.
Yes, SUNDOO Mallorca charges a deposit for the hireof our equipment. This serves as security for us in case something should break. In contrast to many other rental companies, we keep the deposit as low as possible. This way you don't miss the money in your holiday budget and you can spend a nice day with your family in the Palma Aquarium. Below you will find a list of the deposit amounts for our hire items per article:
  • Child seats and baby car seats: €30
  • Booster seat: €15
  • Pushchairs/Stroller/Buggy: €30
  • KEA high chair: €15
  • Travel cot incl. soft mattress & 2 fitted sheets: €30
  • Bed rail: €15
  • Balance bike, Scooter, Pukylino: €30
The minimum hire period at SUNDOO Mallorca is 3 days. NOTE: Arrival day + return day = two complete hire days, as items cannot be hired out elsewhere on both the 1st and last day. The prices for our items are staggered in different rate groups. The longer you hire, the cheaper the price per day overall. Our online service makes it easy for you. You can choose from a variety of hire items and order them conveniently around the clock at sundoo24.com. Select for how many days you would like to rent the desired products and then place them in the basket. Now simply fill out the travel details and send the reservation request. As soon as we have checked the availability of the products, we can confirm your reservation and make a note of it for you. With the transfer of the rental price and the receipt of payment on our account, the reservation is binding. You pay the deposit in cash upon receipt of the items.
It is important that you can be reached, because our SUNDOO employee cannot drive to the airport several times. If you are not there on the agreed handover date, we will make one more attempt to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or telegram. If the customer cannot be contacted (phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram) within 1.5 hours after the landing, the driver will leave the airport. The order expires without any right to a refund of the amounts already paid.
SUNDOO Mallorca ensures the highest product quality for all hire items. However, as a customer you are obliged to check the goods again for their intactness together with our service employee when handing them over. If there are any deficiencies on the hire product, you must inform our employee of this. After this quality control, you accept the item and are liable for any damage, loss, theft or destruction. The customer is obliged to use the product only as intended and to return it in a proper and complete condition.

We only deliver to Palma Airport. We will coordinate your arrival time at the airport with you, provide you with detailed directions to the delivery point and collect the items there when you leave.
The minimum order value at SUNDOO Mallorca is €29.90.
An order request is also a reservation. Any request must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If the hirer requires same-day delivery, this is in principle feasible but cannot be guaranteed. Generally, goods are delivered and collected around the clock, 24 hours. The specific times will be agreed between SUNDOO Mallorca staff and the customer via email, telephone, Telegram or WhatsApp.
