Prices and service
All prices are inclusive of VAT. An order must reach a minimum order value of €29.90 in the basket. For orders below €139.90 a service fee will be charged.

The service fee covers the following items:

  1. Delivery and pick-up of hire items at the airport, around the clock 24/7.
  2. Cancellation insurance: Free rebooking & cancellation possible at any time
  3. Flight tracking: We keep an eye on your flight on the day of arrival – no matter if your flight is delayed or there are other delays. Our driver is always ready on time after your landing to hand over your rental items at the airport.
  4. Reliable contact person: Reachable at all times, very short response times.
  5. Costs for cleaning and disinfection included

The amount of the general service fee is €9.90. The service fee does not charge for reservations over EUR 129.90.

With regard to the exact delivery location and the date of handover, you and we will communicate by telephone, WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail. Our customer support will be in contact with you at the time of arrival and at the time of the upcoming departure. This ensures no long waiting times for you and reliable provision of the rental items.
